循环预热式燃气热水器环境自适应研究

摘要 本文通过理论分析及实验验证的方式,找出影响循环预热式燃气热水器在预热时影响预热时间的因素,并通过数据分析将预热时间进行公式化,并通过实际测试与理论计算对比验证了公式的准确性。实验结果表明:预热时间公式中的比例系数与热水管占总管长的比值有关;进水温度会对热水自循环一圈的加热时间造成影响,同时影响预热完成后最远端用水温度。据此推导出的预热时间公式不仅可适应不同户型用户,同时也可适应因外界气温变化带来影响。降低用户学习成本,提升零冷水产品洗浴体验。 By means of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the factors affecting the preheating time of circulating preheating gas water heaters during preheating are identified.The preheating time is formulated through data analysis,and the accuracy of the formula is verified by comparing the actual test with the theoretical calcula tion.The experimental results show that the proportionality coefficient in the preheating time formula is related to the ratio of the hot water pipe to the total length of the pipe.The temperature of the incoming water will affect the heating time for one self-circulating turn of hot water,as well as the temperature of the water used at the furthest end after preheating is complete.The formula of preheating time derived can not only be adapted to different types of users,but also to adapt to the influence of external temperature changes.The study reduces the learning cost of users and im-proves the bathing experience of zero-cold water products.
