电池是欧盟《循环经济行动计划》重点关注产品之一,具有推动经济可持续、绿色生态发展的重要战略地位。在该背景下,欧盟出台新电池法规(EU)2023/1542。本文对欧盟新电池法规的要求进行详细阐述及分析,并就该法规对我国电池产业的影响及应对措施给出建设性意见。
Battery is one of the key products of the EU's Circular Economy Action Plan,and has an important strategic position in promoting sustainable economic and green ecological development.In this context,the Euro pean Union has introduced a new battery regulation(EU)2023/1542.This article provides a detailed explanation and analysis of the requirements of the new EU battery regulation,and provides constructive suggestions on the impact of the regulation on China's battery industry and corresponding measures.
