摘要
近年制造业原材料价格持续上涨,亟需控制产品成本,而产品运输包装本身没有使用价值,故在满足运输包装前提下,设计出低成本的产品包装的方法显得尤为重要。本文对天井机包装件进行结构优化、仿真以及实验验证。首先根据常用包装缓冲材料及产品特性等确定包装缓冲材料,基于缓冲包装设计理论,结合缓冲包装设计六步法,产品结构、易损件位置等用Creo设计出两套缓冲包装方案,通过ANSYS Workbench静态仿真有限元分析对比两套方案,进行跌落仿真后选择性价比最高的方案。最后,使用该方案打样实验验证,结果方案满足产品运输要求。
In recent years,the price of raw materials in the manufacturing industry continues to rise,and it is urgent to control the cost of products,the design of low-cost product packaging method is particularly important.This ar-ticle carries on the structure optimization,the simulation and the experimental verification to the courtyard machine packing piece.First of all,according to the common packaging cushioning materials and product characteristics to determine the packaging cushioning materials,based on the cushioning packaging design theory,combined with the cushioning packaging design six-step method,creo designed two cushioning package schemes for the product struc-ture and the position of vulnerable parts,and compared the two schemes through ANSYS Workbench static simulation finite element analysis.Finally,the scheme is used to proof the experimental results,the results meet the require ments of product transportation.
