特色农业是乡村产业振兴的重要路径。基于浙西山区特色农业发展实践,探讨了内生型特色农业发展中的市场吸纳与产业秩序建构。研究发现,内生型特色农业有其发展的资源基础、劳动力优势和市场动力,表现出强市场导向、收益导向和农户强自主性特点。特色农业发展不仅需要政府和社会组织嵌入到村庄社会,更需要产业链不同环节主体具备吸纳市场的能力。农产品经纪人利用嵌入在熟人社会的优势建立与农户的长期信任关系,建立稳定的市场渠道,成为其有效吸纳市场的具体策略。基层政府则通过保障区域农产品品质,提升市场公共竞争力间接吸纳市场。特色农业发展中形成小农户、农产品经纪人和基层政府共同吸纳市场的格局,才能有助于自下而上小农户主导的农业产业化路径建构。

The Characteristic agriculture is an important path for the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the development practice of characteristic agriculture in the mountainous areas of western Zhejiang.This article explores the market absorption and industrial order construction in the development of endogenous characteristic agriculture.It is found that endogenous characteristic agriculture has its resource base,labor force advantage and market power,and shows strong market orientation,income orientation and farmer autonomy.The development of characteristic agriculture not only needs the government and social organization to be embedded in the village society,but also needs the marketabsorbing ability of the main bodies in different links of the industrial chain.The grass-roots government indirectly absorbs the market by guaranteeing the quality of regional agricultural products and promoting the market public competitiveness.Only when small-scale farmers,agricultural brokers and grass-roots governments absorb the market,can the path of agricultural industrialization dominated by small-scale farmers be constructed from bottom to top.
