摘要 从普里斯特利的著作出发,本文深入考察普里斯特利发明苏打水以及后续技术改进和工业应用的过程,从而揭示出通俗化的科学写作方式和巡回讲座推动了苏打水知识广泛迅速的扩散,反映出18世纪下半叶工业启蒙背景下科学知识传播具有显著的应用导向。 Based on Joseph Priestley s relevant works and papers,this article examines his process of inventing soda water as well as the subsequent technological improvements and industrial applications.Through popular scientific writing methods and lecture tours,Priestley promoted the widespread and rapid diffusion of knowledge about soda water,reflecting characteristics of the dissemination of scientific knowledge in the context of the industrial enlightenment in the second half of the 18th century,and demonstrating a significant focus on application orientation.
