中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的机制及相关并发症研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome and Its Related Complications

围绝经期综合征是中医妇科常见的一种疾病,症状多以月经紊乱、潮热盗汗、失眠、情绪波动等为主。本病既可作为一种独立的疾病出现,也可合并多种临床疾病,严重影响患者的身心健康。笔者通过回顾近年来相关研究文献,发现中医药可以提高围绝经期综合征的临床有效率,且对围绝经期干眼、围绝经期骨质疏松症、围绝经期抑郁症、围绝经期高血压等均有较好的治疗效果。作用机制与其能够通过调节PI3K/Akt、CRTCI/CREB/BDNF、ERK1/2/CREB/BDNF/、ERα/PI3K/Akt/GABA、PI3K/Akt/mTOR等多种信号通路的表达,进而改善机体激素水平、情绪障碍、睡眠质量或调节卵巢功能、脂质代谢等相关。

Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease in traditional Chinese medicine,characterized by symptoms such as menstrual disorders,hot flashes,night sweats,insomnia,and mood swings.This condition can occur independently or in conjunction with multiple clinical diseases,severely affecting patients′physical and mental health.Through a review of recent related research literature,the authors found that traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the clinical efficacy of perimenopausal syndrome and effectively treat associated conditions such as perimenopausal dry eye,osteoporosis,depression,and hypertension.The mechanisms involve regulation of various signaling pathways including PI3K/Akt,CRTCI/CREB/BDNF,ERK1/2/CREB/BDNF,ERα/PI3K/Akt/GABA,and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,thereby improving hormone levels,emotional disorders,sleep quality,ovarian function,and lipid metabolism.
