我国职业技术教育的若干困境及其破解

摘要 自改革开放以来,我国的职业技术教育为社会的改革与发展培养了大量有用之才,其社会效益有目共睹。但与此同时,我国职业技术教育的发展也逐渐暴露出一些深层次困境:职业岗位需要与技术技能脱节的目标设立困境;服务社会还是盈利手段的办学定位困境;单一的技术培训还是全面的素质教育的价值取向困境;教育行政管控还是随资本大棒起舞的宏观管理困境。这些困境的存在,严重阻碍了职业技术教育正常而全面的功能发挥。现在,破解这样的困境已是刻不容缓了。 Since the reform and opening-up policy,China’s vocational education has cultivated a significant number of talented individuals for the reform and development of China,with its social benefits being widely recognized.However,several deep-seated predicaments have gradually emerged in vocational education:the disconnection between the needs of professional positions and the training objectives of vocational colleges;the dilemma of whether to position educational institutions as services to society or as profit-oriented entities;the conflict between providing singular technical training and delivering comprehensive quality education;and the challenge of balancing administrative oversight with the influence of capital in macro management.These predicaments severely hinder the normal and comprehensive functioning of vocational education.Addressing these issues has become an urgent task.
