摘要
作为智慧城市建设不可或缺的一环,污水处理厂迫切需要更精细、更智能的运营方式,其关键在于解决高能耗、低效率及过度依赖人工操作的问题。随着互联网技术与污水处理深度融合,市政污水厂逐步走向高效节能的智慧运营模式。以银川某污水厂为例,该厂在设计建造阶段就引入了智慧水务技术,升级了硬件设施作为智慧运行的基础,随后在运营实践中,借助数据分析和工艺算法应用,从工艺自动化入手启动智慧运营,其中智能加药应用成效尤为突出,不仅除磷药剂吨水单耗下降22%,且反馈逻辑清晰,设备要求简单。其次又借助报警预警和数据共享功能,以夜间听班和工单应用为突破点,进行人员集约并探索计薪方式变革,大幅提高维修维保工作效率。上述实践不仅解决了传统污水厂高度依赖人工操作,工艺调控不灵活,设备保障能力偏弱的问题,又实现节能降耗,并通过组织结构优化,解放高价值人员,获得可计量的经济效益,为其他污水厂实现智慧运营提供了有益参考。
As an indispensable part of smart city construction,wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)urgently need more sophisticated and intelligent operation mode,the key is to solve the problems of high energy consumption,low efficiency and over-reliance on manual operation.With the deep integration of internet technology and wastewater treatment,municipal WWTPs are gradually moving towards the intelligent operation mode of high efficiency and energy saving.Taking a WWTP in Yinchuan as an example,the plant introduces intelligent water technology in the design and construction stage,upgrades the hardware facilities as the basis of intelligent operation,and then startes intelligent operation from process automation with the help of data analysis and process algorithm application,among which the application of intelligent dosing is particularly effective,not only for phosphorus removal agents.And that feedback logic is clear,and the equipment requirement is simple.Secondly,with the help of alarm and early warning and data sharing functions,night shift and work order application are taken as breakthroughs to carry out intensive personnel and explore the way of salary calculation,which greatly improves the efficiency of maintenance work.The above practice not only solves the problems of traditional WWTPs,such as high dependence on manual operation,inflexible process control and weak equipment support capability,but also realizes energy saving and consumption reduction,and through the optimization of organizational structure,liberates high-value personnel and obtains measurable economic benefits,which provides a useful reference for other WWTPs to realize intelligent operation.
