摘要
为归纳国内外被动式超低能耗建筑的研究现状及热点,分析研究进展趋势。以CNKI与WebofScience数据库中超低能耗建筑相关领域期刊作为资料来源,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化定量分析,并结合定性分析予以辅助。结果表明:国内外被动式超低能耗建筑研究的发展历程可分为3个阶段;国外研究热点聚焦于关键技术优化、适应性技术多领域探索、LCA与LCC分析三方面;国内则以理论体系构建、关键技术实践探索、适应性标准体系探究为主;最后,结合高频关键词和发展趋势提出了未来可能的研究方向,为被动式超低能耗建筑研究提供理论参考。
The paper summarizes the status and hot spots of researches on passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings at home and abroad and the research progress trend is analyzed.Data sources include related CNKI and Web of Science database journals and CiteSpace software is used for visual and quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis.The results show that the development process of passive ultra-low energy building research at home and abroad can be divided into three stages.International research hotspots focus on key technology optimization,LCA and LCC analysis;the theoretical system construction,key technology practice exploration and adaptive standard system exploration.Finally,the possible future research directions are combined with high-frequency keywords and development trend,which provides theoretical reference for passive ultra-low energy building research.
