淹井救援潜水泵严苛条件下可靠性边界试验研究

Experimental Study on Reliability Boundary of Rescue Submersible Pump for Mine Flood Under Harsh Conditions

摘要 淹井救援潜水泵的运转可靠性对于高效救援有着至关重要的作用。以矿山淹井排水救援为背景,对救援潜水泵技术现状及救援中常见故障进行了调查研究,采用试验验证和数值解析相结合的方法,对救援潜水泵中关键的轴承、密封圈、叶轮、电机开展了可靠性分析,确定了叶轮材质、基础振幅、润滑油等影响因素对淹井救援潜水泵可靠性的耦合关系。研究结果表明:轴承、密封圈、叶轮、电机等关键部件在规定的参数范围或要求内能够保障和提升其可靠性。研究结果能够为救援潜水泵优化设计制造及提升救援时效提供理论参考基础。 The operation reliability of the rescue submersible pump for mine flood plays a vital role in efficient rescue.Based on the background of mine flood and drainage rescue,the technical status of rescue submersible pump and common faults in rescue were investigated and studied.The reliability analysis of key bearings,sealing rings,impellers and motors in rescue submersible pump was carried out by means of experimental verification and numerical analysis.The coupling relationships among the reliability of rescue submersible pump and the influencing factors such as impeller material,foundation amplitude and lubricating oil were determined.The research results show that the key components such as bearings,seals,impellers,and motors can guarantee and improve their reliability within the specified parameter range or requirements.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimal design and manufacture of rescue submersible pumps and the improvement of rescue timeliness.
