基于扶阳抑阴理论探讨消化系统癌症及化疗后的中医药治疗

Exploration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for digestive system cancer and after chemotherapy based on the theory of supporting Yang and restraining Yin

扶阳抑阴法是基于中医扶正祛邪理论,根据肿瘤“阳虚不化,阴毒积聚”的病因、病机特点凝练所得的一种治法。扶阳抑阴理论即以扶生理之阳为主、抑病理之阴为辅,扶阳化气、抑阴散邪。扶阳抑阴理论旨在通过纠正阴阳偏颇,实现“阴平阳秘”的机体状态,充分发挥中医药在改善患者临床症状、缓解化疗后毒副反应、提高生存质量、延长生存期和防止肿瘤复发、转移等方面的优势,以期对中医药与化疗的有效结合提供指导。

The method of nourishing Yang and suppressing Yin is a treatment approach grounded in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to nourish the vital Qi and eliminate evil.It is condensed according to the characteristics of the etiology and pathogenesis of tumors,which are characterized by the stagnation of Yang deficiency and the accumulation of Yin toxins.This article summarizes digestive system cancer and medication patterns of gastric cancer and chemotherapy,and summarizes the theory of supporting Yang and suppressing Yin,which mainly focuses on supporting physiological Yang and suppressing pathological Yin,supporting Yang to transform Qi,suppressing Yin and dispersing evil.By correcting the bias between Yin and Yang,achieving a state of"Yin is balanced and Yang is concealed",fully leveraging the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving clinical symptoms,alleviating toxic side effects after chemotherapy,improving quality of life,prolonging survival,and preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis,in order to provide guidance for the effective combination of traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy methods.
