摘要
本文以葡萄酒生产过程中产生的酒泥澄清液为原料制备弱酸性香皂,利用单因素及正交试验,通过脱模性、起泡性、去污能力等指标结合感官使用评价筛选最佳原料配方。通过极差和方差分析发现,本研究中酒泥澄清液弱酸性香皂(100±5 g)最佳的配方为:皂基86 g、酒泥澄清液10 mL、硬脂酸4 g、椰油酰甘氨酸钠1.5 mL、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5 g、丙三醇0.4 mL,该复合配方下制成的香皂pH为6.5,硬度适中,去污能力强,舒适度、滋润度评价最优,并符合QB/T 2485—2008《香皂》标准。
In this paper,wine lees clarification produced in process of wine was used as raw material to prepare weakly acidic soap,the optimal raw material formula was selected by single factor and orthogonal experiment through the indexes of formability,foaming,detergency and sensory use evaluation.Through range and variance analysis,it was found that the best formula of weakly acidic soap(100±5 g)in wine lees clarification was soap base 86 g,wine lees clarification liquid 10 mL,stearic acid 4 g,sodium cocamoyl glycine 1.5 mL,glycerol monostearate 0.5 g and glycerol 0.4 mL.The soap made with this composite formula had a pH of 6.5,moderate hardness,strong decontamination ability,comfort and moisture evaluation of the best,and complied with the standards of QB/T 2485-2008.
