摘要
近年来,糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)患病率在世界范围内大幅上升,并且DM特异性并发症的发生率较高。痛性糖尿病周围神经病变(painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy, PDPN)是DM的一种常见并发症,其发病机制尚不明确。瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid 1,TRPV1)是一种离子通道蛋白,参与热和化学物质等刺激的信号转导。越来越多的研究表明,TRPV1在PDPN的发生中起着重要作用。本文综述了TRPV1通道的生理功能,总结了TRPV1通道在PDPN中的作用,为PDPN的治疗提供了新思路。
In recent years,the globe prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)has increased dramatically,accompanied by a high incidence of DM-specific complications.Painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN)is a common complication of DM,and its pathogenesis is unknown.Transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)is an ion channel protein involved in signal transduction by thermal and chemical stimuli.More and more studies have shown that TRPV1 plays an important role in the occurrence of PDPN.This article reviews the physiological functions of TRPV1 and summarizes its role in PDPN,providing new ideas for the treatment of PDPN.
