摘要
针对目前老区更新类景观设计中存在的一些技术卡点,探讨了应用BIM技术提升设计效率的方法途径,从基址现状数据采集、DEM提取、设计信息模型协同与深化,以及实景融合方案呈现等方面总结出一套具备较高易用性与可实施性的BIM技术应用路径,对优化当前的设计工作方式有一定的参考价值。
This paper addresses the technical bottlenecks encountered in the landscape design process for urban renewal projects,explores methods and approaches to enhance design efficiency through the application of BIM technology.It outlines a highly user-friendly and practical BIM application pathway,encompassing key aspects such as site condition data collection,DEM extraction,collaborative and detailed design information modeling,and integrated presentation of real-world scenarios.This provides valuable insights and a useful reference for optimizing current design workflows.
