摘要
随着社会的发展,我国数据中心越来越多,而此类工程设备较多,管线分布十分复杂,施工难度较大。为了提高数据中心给排水工程的施工质量和施工效率,以某数据中心为研究对象,结合BIM技术对数据中心给排水工程的设计、施工等提供数据支持,对管线排布进行深化,提高设计、施工效率,减少后期返工次数和工程成本。同时建立基于BIM技术的数据中心给排水工程智慧指挥中心和管理平台,提高了管理效率和管线设备运维质量,能够更加灵活地满足客户需求,提升服务水平,从而有效地提高了盈利能力,实现了数据中心给排水工程的智能化建造,为类似工程提供了宝贵的经验。
With the development of society,there are more and more data centers in China,and there are many such engineering equipment.The distribution of pipelines is very complex,and the construction difficulty is relatively high.In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of data center water supply and drainage engineering,a certain data center is taken as the research object,and BIM technology is combined to provide data support for the design and construction of data center water supply and drainage engineering,deepen pipeline layout,improve design and construction efficiency,reduce the number of rework and engineering costs in the later stage.At the same time,the establishment of a smart command center and management platform for data center water supply and drainage engineering based on BIM technology has improved management efficiency and thequality of pipeline equipment operation and maintenance.It can more flexibly meet customerneeds,improve service levels,effectively improve profitability achieve intelligent construction of data center water supply and drainage engineering,and provide valuable experience for similar projects.
