摘要
本文深入探讨了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在智慧建筑运维中的应用现状与存在的问题,提出了针对性的优化策略。当前BIM在数据集成、模型更新及可视化方面存在挑战,如异构数据互操作性、模型与实际状况不符以及动态更新不足等。为了解决这些问题,文章建议制定统一的数据标准、构建互操作框架、实施动态BIM模型更新机制以及开发增强型可视化与智能模拟技术。研究强调了标准化数据接口、智慧建筑信息模型动态更新以及高精度环境模拟的重要性,以实现更高效、准确的智慧建筑运维。
This article deeply explores the current application status and existing problems of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in smart building operation and maintenance,and proposes targeted optimization strategies.There are challenges in data integration,model updates,and visualization in current BIM,such as interoperability of heterogeneous data,inconsistency between models and actual conditions,and insufficient dynamic updates.To address these issues,the article suggests establishing unified data standards,building interoperability frameworks,implementing dynamic BIM model update mechanisms,and developing enhanced visualization and intelligent simulation technologies.The study emphasizes the importance of standardized data interfaces,dynamic updates of smart building information models,and high-precision environmental simulations to achieve more efficient and accurate smart building operations and maintenance.
