摘要
本文针对目前我国历史建筑保护领域仍存在日常保养维护不精准、投入大、效率低等现象,研究利用数字李生、虚拟现实、物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术手段对历史建筑保护进行全生命周期内的精准智能化管理,建立适用于历史建筑的四大应用场景,提出由物理实体、虚拟实体、数字李生数据库、运维管理服务四大模块协同形成数据闭环的历史建筑运维管理路径,并就各模块的内容、作用及协同关系进行阐述,提出一套精准映射、虚实交互、智能干预的历史建筑运维管理方法,为历史建筑数字化保护领域的实践与应用提供理论依据。
This article focuses on the current problems of inaccurate daily maintenance,high investment,and low efficiency in the field of historical building protection in China.It studies the use of new generation information technologies such as digital twins,virtual reality,the Internet of Things,and cloud computing to achieve precise and intelligent management of historical building protection throughout its lifecycle.Four application scenarios applicable to historical buildings are established,and a historical building operation and maintenance management path is proposed,which is formed by the collaboration of four modules:physical entities,virtual entities,digital twin databases,and operation and maintenance management services.The content,role,and collaborative relationship of each module are elaborated,and a set of accurate mapping,virtual real interaction and intelligent intervention historical building operation and maintenance management methods are proposed to provide theoretical basis for the practice and application of digital protection of historical buildings.
