城市地下综合管廊智慧运维及应急指挥系统研发

摘要 文章旨在研发一套城市地下综合管廊智慧运维及应急指挥系统,以提升管廊运维的智能化水平和应急响应能力。通过对国内外相关技术的调研分析,确定了项目的研究内容,包括管廊全周期运维管理、全覆盖运维管理、标准化作业管理、多端工作协同以及应急突发事件处置等方面。在系统平台性能指标、经济效益和社会效益的考量下,采用关键技术研究、软件系统开发、系统产品研究以及管廊项目运维应用的技术路线,成功构建了一个集智慧运维与应急指挥于一体的综合系统平台。该系统通过PC、移动端、物联网设备等多终端设备的联动,实现了对管廊运维的全面监控和高效应急响应。经过一年的研发,系统平台建设顺利完成,达到预期目标,并通过了项目验收。 The article aims to develop a smart operation and maintenance and emergency com-mand system for urban underground comprchensive pipe gallery,in order to improve the intelli-gent level of operation and maintenance of the pipc gallery and emergency recsponse capability.Through the research and analysis of relevant technologies at home and abroad,the rescarch con-tent of the project has been determined,including the full-cycle operation and maintenance man-agement of the pipe gallery,full-coverage operation and maintenance management,standardized operation management,multi-terminal work collaboration,and emergency response disposal.Under the consideration of system platform performance indicators,economic benefits and social benefits,the technical route of key technology research,software system development,system product rescarch,and operation and maintenance application of pipe gallery projccts is adopted to successfully build a comprchensive system platform integrating smart operation and maintenance with emergency command.The system achieves comprehensive monitoring and efficient emer-gency response for the operation and maintenance of the pipe gallery through the linkage of multiple terminal devices such as PC,mobile terminal,and Internet of Things equipment.After one year of rescarch and development,the system platform construction was successfully com-pleted,achieving the expected goals and passing the project acceptancc.
