高校大型精密仪器开放共享运行探讨与实践——以南开大学新物质结构分析平台为例

摘要 高校大型精密仪器的开放共享是实现教育科技资源优化配置的必然选择。为充分挖掘大型仪器设备的资源价值,结合南开大学化学学院新物质结构分析平台在开放运行使用和管理方面的经验,提出了完善平台共享机制、建立仪器培训体系、增设仪器反馈机制、加强管理队伍建设、强化评价激励机制、挖掘思政元素等策略,提升平台管理服务能力和水平,促进平台高效有序发展,同时为其他大型仪器设备开放共享管理提供借鉴。 The open sharing of large precision instruments in universities is an inevitable choice for optimizing the allocation of educational and technological resources.In order to fully tap the value of large-scale instruments and equipment,combined with the experience of the new material structure analysis platform ofthe school of chemistry of Nankai University in the open operation,use,and management,relevant strategies such as improving the platform sharing mechanism,establishing an instrument training system,increasing instrument feedback mechanism,strengthening the level of management team,increasing reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism,and exploring ideological and political elements of the instrument were proposed to enhance the management and service level of the platform,promote the efficient and orderly development of the platform,while providing references for the open sharing management of other large-scale instruments and equipment.
