基于“两个一体化”的机载光电设备与维护课程建设与实践

摘要 理实一体化将新装备理论教学与实践操作融为一体,工学一体化教学促使教学训练与部队实际无限接近,“两个一体化”的课程建设模式是提高教学质量、促进战斗力生成的有效途径。以基于“两个一体化”的机载光电设备与维护课程建设为对象,从教学内容构建、教学组织实施、教员队伍打造、保障资源建设方面分析了课程建设思路、经验做法和建设成果,为推进教学模式改革、提升人才培养质量提供指导。 The integration of theory and reality integrates the theoretical teaching of new equipment with practical operation,the integration of engineering and science realizes the infinite proximity of teaching and training to the actual situation of the troops,and the"two integrated"curriculum construction models are an effective way to improve the quality of teaching and promote the generation of combat effectiveness.Based on the construction of the airborne optoelectronic equipment and maintenance course based on the"two integrated",this paper analyzes the course construction ideas,experience practices and construction achievements from the aspects of teaching content construction,teaching organization and implementation,faculty team building,and guarantee resource construction,so as to provide guidance for the reform of teaching mode and the improvement of talent training.
