“三全育人”视域下创新创业人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents from the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"

我国创新创业教育开展二十余年来,虽取得了一定的成效,但仍存在内涵认识不足、与专业教育脱节、缺乏专业师资等问题。“三全育人”理念的提出为高校创新创业人才培养指明了方向。文章结合高校目前创新创业人才培养的问题,以“三全育人”的视角对创新创业教育作了解析,提出高校应从思想建设、环境建设、队伍建设、课程建设和平台建设五个方面系统、高效地开展大学生创新创业教育。

Over the past 20 years,innovation and entrepreneurship education in China have achieved certain effectiveness,but there are still problems such as insufficient understanding of connotation,disconnection from professional education,and lack of professional teachers.The concept of"three comprehensive education"has pointed out the direction for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for universities.Combined with the current problems in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities,the article provides a profound analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of"three comprehensive education".The article points out universities should systematically and efficiently carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education from five aspects:ideological construction,environmental construction,team construction,curriculum construction,and platform construction.
