This paper analyzes the importance of emergency team construction,highlights the important role of effective emergency team in guaranteeing the teaching,scientific research activities and the personal and property safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities.Based on a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of emergency team construction,a series of thoughts and suggestions are put forward,including strengthening top-level design,deepening professional construction,introducing scientific and technological means to improve coping ability.Strengthen actual combat drills,and establish an emergency management system with full participation.The construction of university emergency team is a systematic project,which requires the joint participation and efforts of the whole school to effectively deal with various security risks and provide solid security guarantee for the development of universities.
