冰黄肤乐软膏对CRSwNp鼻内镜术后疗效、鼻黏膜功能及炎性因子的影响

The Effect of Binghuang Fule Ointment on the Postoperative Efficacy,Nasal Mucosal Function,and Inflammatory Factors of CRSwNp Patients Undergoing Nasal Endoscopy

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者鼻内镜术后采用冰黄肤乐软膏的效果。方法将2022年10月至2023年4月医院收治的CRSw NP患者80例随机分为2组,各40例,两组患者均行鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组术后实施常规护理,观察组术后实施常规护理+冰黄肤乐软膏,均干预3个月。比较两组临床疗效、鼻黏膜功能及炎症因子。结果较对照组,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组纤毛清除速度及纤毛清除率均比治疗前高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-8水平均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论CRSw NP患者鼻内镜术后采用冰黄肤乐软膏治疗效果满意,可调节炎症因子水平,改善患者的鼻黏膜功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of using Binghuang fule ointment in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 80 patients with CRSwNP admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups underwent nasal endoscopic surgery,while the control group received routine nursing care after surgery.The observation group received routine nursing care and Binghuang fule ointment after surgery,and both groups were intervened for 3 months.Compare the clinical efficacy,nasal mucosal function,and inflammatory factors between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the ciliary clearance speed and ciliary clearance rate of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was even higher(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL),IL-8,and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Binghuang fule ointment for the treatment of CRSwNP patients after nasal endoscopy is satisfactory,as it can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the nasal mucosal function of patients.
