桂枝茯苓丸联合曼月乐对子宫肌瘤月经及激素水平的影响

Combination of Guizhi Fuling Pill and Manyuelo in Treating Menstruation and Hormone Levels of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者应用桂枝茯苓丸联合曼月乐治疗的临床效果。方法应用随机数字表法将88例罗定市妇幼保健院2019年2月至2021年2月收治的子宫肌瘤患者分为两组,各44例。对照组采用曼月乐治疗,在其基础上观察组联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,持续用药3个月经周期。比较两组临床疗效、月经量、子宫肌瘤体积、子宫体积、激素水平变化,并记录用药期间不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组治疗后子宫肌瘤及子宫体积均较小,月经量较少(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组治疗后促卵泡素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体素(LH)及催乳素(PRL)水平均较低(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合曼月乐可增强子宫肌瘤治疗效果,有助于降低性激素水平,缩小子宫与肌瘤体积,促进月经复常,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with Manyue Le in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its impact on menstrual flow and hormone levels in patients.Methods The random number table method was used to divide 88 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Luoding Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Manyue Le,while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill in combination with Manyue Le.The medication was continued for 3 menstrual cycles.Compare the clinical efficacy,menstrual flow,uterine fibroid volume,uterine volume,hormone level changes between two groups,and record the adverse reactions during medication.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than the control group's 81.82%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had smaller uterine fibroids and uterine volume after treatment,and had less menstrual flow(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and prolactin(PRL)after treatment(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Guizhi Fuling Pill and Manyue Le can enhance the therapeutic effect of uterine fibroids,help reduce sex hormone levels,shrink the volume of the uterus and fibroids,promote menstrual recovery,and is safe and reliable.
