摘要
目的探讨在原有肠内营养支持方案的基础上,加上薏米对于炎症性肠病的治疗效果的提升。方法通过随机分组,将62例IBD疾病患者随机分为低渣肠内营养组(对照组)和薏米联合低渣肠内营养组(干预组),分别测量干预前后的相关指标来进行统计分析。结果干预组(薏米联合低渣肠内营养)的患者在体重,总蛋白,白蛋白,及血红蛋白等方面的提升均优于对照组(低渣肠内营养)。结论薏米联合低渣肠内营养支持有利于炎症性肠病患者的肠道功能恢复以及改善患者的多项营养相关指标。
Objective To investigate the enhancement of the treatment effect of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)by adding coix seed to the enteral nutritional support scheme.Methods 62 patients with IBD were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases was a control group with low residue enteral nutrition and 33 cases was a intervention group with coix seed combined with low-residue enteral nutrition.Relevant indicators before and after the intervention were measured for statistical analysis.Results The patients in the intervention group showed greater improvements in body weight,total protein,albumin,and hemoglobin compared to the control group.Conclusion Coix seed combined with low-residue enteral nutrition support is beneficial for the recovery of intestinal function,and improve of various nutrition-related indicators in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
