摘要
肿瘤标志物的精准检测可为癌症诊断提供重要的生物学信息。传统的癌症检测方法通常需要昂贵的大型仪器、繁琐的操作步骤和专业的技术操作人员,限制了其在肿瘤标志物现场即时检测中的应用。便携式生物传感器结合了生物传感器的高灵敏度和便携式检测设备的简便性,具有设备轻便、操作简单、检测快速、成本低等优点,为癌症检测提供了新的平台。该文重点对基于智能手机、血糖仪、温度计、pH计的新型便携式生物传感器在肿瘤标志物检测中的应用和发展前景进行综述,以期为肿瘤标志物新型便携式生物传感器的研究提供参考。
Accurate detection of tumor markers can provide important biological information for cancer diagnosis.Traditional cancer detection methods usually require expensive large instruments,cumbersome operating procedures and professional technical operators,which limits their application in the field of real-time detection of tumor markers.Portable biosensor combines the high sensitivity of biosensor with the simplicity of portable detection equipment,which has the advantages of pocket-size equipment,simple operation,rapid detection and low cost,and provides a new platform for cancer detection.This paper focuses on the application and development prospects of new portable biosensors based on smart phones,blood glucose meters,thermometers and pH meters in the detection of tumor markers,in order to provide reference for the research of new portable biosensors for tumor markers.
