摘要
肺癌是对全人类生命和健康威胁最大的恶性肿瘤,对肺癌的早期诊断是降低肺癌死亡率的关键因素。DNA测序,聚合酶链式反应等传统的检测方法具有检测时间长、成本高,受干扰率高等局限性。基于纳米材料和电化学,电致化学发光,石英晶体微天平等技术的纳米生物传感器以其具有的易操作、高敏感性、检测迅速等优点为肺癌早期诊断提供新思路。该文主要阐述了近几年纳米生物传感器在早期肺癌标志物检测领域的研究进展,展望其今后的研究发展趋势。
Lung cancer is the most threatening malignant tumor to human life and health,and early diagnosis of lung cancer is a key factor in reducing lung cancer mortality.Traditional detection methods such as DNA sequencing and polymerase chain reaction have the limitations of long detection time,high cost,and high interference rate.Nanobiosensors based on nanomaterials,electrochemistry,electrochemiluminescence,and quartz crystal microtechnology provide new ideas for the early diagnosis of lung cancer with their advantages of easy operation,high sensitivity,and rapid detection.This article mainly describes the research progress of nano biosensors in the field of early detection of lung cancer markers in recent years,and looks forward to its future research development trend.
