摘要
该文分析指出数值修约中的数值存在三级结构。分析了数值三级结构中的关键数字和性质,指出数值结构越复杂,关键数字就会越多,进舍条件也就越复杂。该文创造性提出了数值的二级结构,在分析了“拟舍去数字”整体性和大小性质的基础上,解决了“拟舍去数字”作为整体与5进行比较的问题,并通过重新定义尾数,简化了进舍规则。新规则具有组成要素要点少、逻辑关系简单、语言工整等特点。
This paper points out that there is a tertiary structure in numerical values,and the key numbers and properties of rounding rule in the tertiary structure are analyzed.On the basis of the integrity and value properties of the quasi-omit digits,the secondary structure of the numerical value is creatively putted forward to avoid comparing"quasi-omit number"as a whole with 5.The rounding rule is simplified by redefining mantissa.The new rule is of few elements,few points,simple logical relations,and neat language.
