摘要
目的探讨饲料中添加茯苓对皖西白鹅屠宰性能等表型性状的影响。方法试验选用同一天孵化的56日龄皖西白鹅40只(公鹅)。随机分成2组,每组20只。试验组在常规育肥期饲料中添加2 g/kg的茯苓粉剂,对照组按常规饲料饲喂不添加茯苓,试验周期35 d。91日龄,2组鹅分别采集并分离血清,测定血清相关生化指标;测定2组鹅主要屠宰性能指标。结果试验组的屠体率(93.07%)极显著高于对照组(92.51%)(p<0.01);试验组的腹脂率(2.03%)显著小于对照组(3.19%)(p<0.05);试验组的肝脏系数(2.92%)极显著高于对照组(2.05%)(p<0.01);试验组的白蛋白含量(14.52 g/L)显著低于对照组(16.75 g/L)(p<0.05);然而试验组的谷草转氨酶(25.31 U/L)、谷丙转氨酶(14.07 U/L),均显著高于对照组(谷草转氨酶9.78 U/L、谷丙转氨酶9.69 U/L)(p<0.05)。结论在皖西白鹅日粮中添加2 g/kg的茯苓粉,有助于提高和改善其屠宰性能等指标。
Objective In order to investigate the effects of dietary addition of Poria cocos on phenotypic traits such as slaughter performance of Wanxi white geese.Method A total of 40 Wanxi white geese(gander)of 56-day-age were randomly divided into two groups with 20 animals in each group.For the experimental group,2‰of Poria cocos powder was added to the routine diet during finishing period,no Poria cocos was added to the routine diet for control group.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The serum of two groups of geese was collected and separated,and the related biochemical indexes of serum were determined.The slaughtering performance index of geese in two groups were determined.Result The carcass rate of experimental group(93.07%)was significantly higher than that of control group(92.51%)(p<0.01).The percentage of abdominal fat in experimental group(2.03%)was significantly lower than that in control group(3.19%)(p<0.05).The liver coefficient of experimental group(2.92%)was significantly higher than that of control group(2.05%)(p<0.01).The albumin of experimental group(14.52 g/L)was significantly lower than that of control group(16.75 g/L)(p<0.05).However,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(25.31 U/L)and alanine aminotransferase(14.07 U/L)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(9.78 U/L and 9.69 U/L)(p<0.05).Conclusion It showed that 2‰Poria cocos powder added to the routine diet could improve the slaughter performance of wanxi white geese.
