摘要
为调研工科大学新生焦虑情绪现状,探索、制定缓解新生焦虑情绪策略,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对某理工高校2022级1296名新生进行调研,结果发现有255名新生(19.7%)存在焦虑症状,具体可细分为轻度焦虑189人(14.6%)、中度焦虑51人(4.0%)、重度焦虑15人(0.2%)。调研结果显示显著影响工科大学新生焦虑情绪的因素有学业压力、就业压力、家庭环境和人际关系,期末考试时期是工科大学新生最焦虑时间段。工科大学新生焦虑情绪检出率逐年增加,应根据实际情况制定缓解措施。
In order to investigate the status quo of anxiety among freshmen in the college of engineering,explore and develop strategies to alleviate anxiety of freshmen,a self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to investigate 1296 freshmen in a science and technology university in 2022,and the results showed that 255 freshmen(19.7%)had anxiety symptoms,of which 189 were mild anxiety(14.6%),51 moderate anxiety(4.0%),and 15 with severe anxiety(0.2%).Factors that significantly affect anxiety were academic pressure,employment pressure,family environment and interpersonal relationships.The final exam is the most anxious time period for freshmen.The incidence of anxiety of students has increased year by year,and targeting measures should be formulated according to the actual situation.
