The Centennial Course, Valuable Experience and Era Strategy ofthe Communist Party of China to Guarantee the National Food Security

党的二十届三中全会对进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化做出总体要求和系列部署,为保障国家粮食安全提供了强大动力和制度保障。梳理中国共产党保障国家粮食安全的百年历程,由此从党的领导责任意识、依靠人民主体力量、坚持与时俱进工作思路和弘扬勤俭节约传统美德等方面总结历史经验,可以更好提升粮食安全水平以促进经济社会发展和国家长治久安。展望未来,要在粮食安全战略和乡村振兴战略的引领推动下,准确把握确保产能在粮食安全战略中的重要地位,以改革促发展,推动保障粮食安全相关政策举措协同发力,从而为推进和拓展中国式现代化奠定更加坚实的物质基础,营造和谐稳定的社会环境。

The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made overall requirements and a series of arrangements for further comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization,which provided a strong driving force and institutional guarantee for China's food security.By reviewing the CPC's centennial course of national food security,we summerized the historical experiences related to the Party's leadership respnsibility consciousness,the reliance on the people's strength of centrality,the adherience of keepingwith-the-time working thought,and the advocating of traditional virture of thrift,which can better enhance the food security level to promote economic and social development and national security.While looking forward to the future,guided and promoted by food security strategy and rural revitalization strategy,we should accurately grasp and ensure the important position of production capacity in food security strategy to promote development;we should take the refom as the driving force to promote the concerted effort of food security policies and measures,which will lay a more solid material foundation for promoting and expanding Chinese-style modernization,and create a harmonious and stable social environment.
