新型研究型大学与城市互动的生态结构及协同机制设计——基于组织生态理论的视角

加快建设新型研究型大学是新型举国体制下深入推进科教兴国战略、实现城校共生的有益之举。然而,从现实层面看,新型研究型大学与城市互动的过程,呈现出组织合法性困境、组织生态位重叠、组织生态网割裂、组织环境复杂等问题,导致城校共生陷入生态危机,阻碍了新型研究型大学与城市的互动进程。组织生态理论视角作为新型研究型大学与城市互动的分析框架,有其明确的组织生态结构要素,能够驱动大学与城市在知识创新、技术转化、人才培育及经济发展等层面的深度融合。借助这一视角,实现城校共生的可持续发展愿景,需要优化设计组织协同机制、生态竞合机制、市场调节机制以及文化整合机制。

Speeding up the construction of a new type of research university is a beneficial move to further promote the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and realize the symbiosis between urban and university under the new nationwide system.However,from the perspective of reality,the process of interaction between new research universities and cities presents problems such as organizational legitimacy dilemma,organizational niche overlap,organizational ecological network fragmentation,and organizational environment complexity,leading to the ecological crisis of the symbiosis between urban universities and hindering the interaction process between new research universities and cities.As an analytical framework for the interaction between new research universities and cities,the perspective of organizational ecology theory has its clear elements of organizational ecology structure,which can drive the deep integration of universities and cities in knowledge innovation,technology transformation,talent cultivation and economic development.From this perspective,to realize the sustainable development vision of city-school symbiosis,it is necessary to optimize the design of organizational coordination mechanism,ecological competition and cooperation mechanism,market regulation mechanism and cultural integration mechanism.
