基于小麦排种的旋耕开沟施肥播种机设计

摘要 针对小麦种植过程中需要同步完成旋耕、开沟、施肥与播种的作业需求,设计了一种适用于小麦播种的旋耕开沟施肥播种机。在分析设备的功能集成设计、机架结构、开沟器、旋耕刀盘和镇压器等关键部件的设计参数的基础上,通过田间试验对播种机性能进行了考察。试验结果表明,设计的播种机具有良好的作业稳定性、施肥均匀性和播种准确度,能够显著提高小麦种植的效率和质量。 In order to meet the requirements of rotating tillage,ditching,fertilization and sowing in the process of wheat planting,a rotary tillage,ditching and fertilization seeder was designed.Based on analysis of integration functions design and key components parameters including frame structure,furrow opener,rotary tillage plate and soil roller,field experiment was carried out to verify the performance of the designed machinery.The experimental results showed that the wheat sowing machinery had good operation stability,fertilization uniformity and seeding accuracy,which could significantly improve the efficiency and quality of wheat planting.
