摘要
小胶质细胞的活化是脓毒症相关脑病认知功能障碍发生发展的中心环节,引起一系列的连锁反应。自噬与小胶质细胞的活化关系密切,可通过多种机制调节神经炎症反应,影响脓毒症相关脑病(SAE)患者的病理生理过程。本文针对SAE中自噬对小胶质细胞活化的调控机制以及治疗SAE的策略进行综述,以期早日完成临床转化及找到新的诊疗思路。
The activation of microglia is the central link in the development of cognitive dysfunction in sepsis-associated encephalopathy,which causes a series of chain reactions.Autophagy was closely related to the activation of microglia.It can regulate neuroinflammatory response through a variety of mechanisms and affect the pathophysiological process of patients with sepsis-associated encephalopathy(SAE).This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of autophagy on microglia activation in SAE and the strategies for the treatment of SAE,in order to complete the clinical transformation and find new diagnosis and treatment ideas as soon as possible.
