参芪麦味地黄汤联合针灸治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的效果分析

Effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin

目的分析气阴两虚型2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者经参芪麦味地黄汤、针灸联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年6月惠安县医院康复医学科收治的气阴两虚型T2DM患者98例,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各49例,均采取常规西药治疗。在此基础上对照组采取针灸治疗,研究组采取参芪麦味地黄汤联合针灸治疗。对比两组血糖指标、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组五心烦热、倦怠乏力、咽干口燥、气短懒言积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参芪麦味地黄汤、针灸联合治疗气阴两虚型T2DM患者,降糖效果理想,可减轻其不适症状,且不会加大不良反应发生风险,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction and acupuncture and moxi⁃bustion on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods From January 2023 to June 2024,98 patients with T2DM of qi and yin deficiency type admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medi⁃cine of Huian County Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,49 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoc⁃tion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The blood glucose index,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of five upset fever,fatigue,dry throat and dry mouth,shortness of breath and laziness to speak in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no sig⁃nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of T2DM patients with deficiency of both qi and yin has an ideal hypoglycemic effect,which can reduce their discomfort symptoms,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions,with high safety.
