耳针、穴位贴敷联合阿卡波糖治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Auricular Acupuncture,Acupoint Application Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨耳针、穴位贴敷与阿卡波糖相结合应用于老年2型糖尿病治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月福建省三明市大田县中医院收治的80例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用阿卡波糖治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用耳针刺激和特定中药穴位贴敷疗法,比较两组血糖水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年2型糖尿病患者,耳针、穴位贴敷联合阿卡波糖治疗的效果显著,能够提升治疗有效性,改善血糖指标,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture,acupoint application combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Datian County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sanming City in Fujian Province from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acarbose,and the observation group was treated with auricular acupuncture stimulation and specific Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,clinical efficacy and inci⁃dence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,auricular acupuncture and acupoint application combined with acarbose have a significant effect,which can improve the effectiveness of treatment,improve blood glucose indicators,and have higher safety.
