2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白的检验及临床意义的研究

摘要 目的研究2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白的检验及临床意义。方法选取2023年7月—2024年3月于石狮市医院就诊的150例2型糖尿病患者,所有患者均进行糖化血红蛋白检测,根据患者体内的糖化血红蛋白水平将其分为A组50例(糖化血红蛋白水平<7.0%)、B组55例(糖化血红蛋白水平7.0%~<9.0%)以及C组45例(糖化血红蛋白水平≥9.0%),比较3组患者血糖、血脂水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析上述指标与糖化血红蛋白之间的相关性。结果3组患者血糖和血脂水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。其中A组患者体内空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,2 hPG)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平含量最低,其次是B组,C组最高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);A组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平含量最高,其次是B组,C组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析可得,糖化血红蛋白与FPG、2 hPG、TG、LDL-C水平均呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白的检测有助于临床2型糖尿病患者进行风险评估,且该指标与血脂水平具有一定相关性,可为临床诊治提供一定的参考价值。 Objective To study the test and clinical significance of glycated hemoglobin A1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Shishi Hospital from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected.All patients were tested for glycated hemoglobin A1c.According to the level of glycated hemoglobin A1c in the patient's body,they were divided into group A(50 cases,glycated hemoglobin A1c level<7.0%),group B(55 cases,glycated hemoglobin A1c leve l7.0%~<9.0%)and group C(45 cases,glycated hemoglobin A1c level≥9.0%).The blood glucose and blood lipid levels in the three groups were compared,and Pear⁃son correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the above indicators and glycated hemoglobin A1c.Results There were significant differences in blood glucose and blood lipid levels among the three groups(all P<0.05).The lev⁃els of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG),triglycerides(TG)and low density li⁃poprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in group A were the lowest,followed by group B,and the highest in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in group A was the highest,followed by group B,and the lowest in group C,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that glycated hemoglobin A1c was positively correlated with FPG,2 hPG,TG and LDL-C levels,and negatively correlated with HDL-C(all P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of gly⁃cated hemoglobin A1c is helpful for the clinical risk assessment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and this in⁃dex has a certain correlation with blood lipid level,which can provide a certain reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
