预见性护理用于脑出血合并糖尿病患者中的护理效果分析

Effect of Predictive Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Com⁃plicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究预见性护理用于脑出血合并糖尿病患者中的护理效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月汶上县中医院收治的100例脑出血合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照护理方法不同将患者分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规普通护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加入预见性护理。对比两组血糖水平、生存质量情况、并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组生存质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血合并糖尿病患者实施预见性护理,可提高其生存质量、降低血糖水平及并发症发生率。

Objective To study the nursing effect of predictive nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage compli⁃cated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Wenshang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to Decem⁃ber 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine general nursing intervention,and the ob⁃servation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nurs⁃ing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage combined with diabetes mellitus can improve their quality of life,reduce blood glucose level and the incidence of complications.
