摘要
目的探究个性化健康教育与护理干预应用在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者中的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年12月广东省台山市人民医院体检中心收治的82例T2DM患者,按护理方法不同分为常规组(41例,行常规护理),研究组(41例,常规护理+个性化健康教育),对比两组血糖水平、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activities,SDSCA)评分。结果干预后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,研究组SDSCA各维度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论T2DM患者应用个性化健康教育与护理干预可控制血糖水平,提高自我管理能力。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized health education and nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 82 T2DM patients admitted to the Medical Examination Center of Taishan People's Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into conventional group(41 cases,receiving routine nursing)and study group(41 cases,receiving routine nursing+personalized health educa⁃tion)according to different nursing methods.Blood glucose levels and score of Summary of Diabetes Self-care Activi⁃ties(SDSCA)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions scores of SDSCA in the study group were higher than those of conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized health education and nursing intervention in T2DM patients can control blood glucose level and improve self-management ability.
