摘要
目的:本研究旨在通过深入了解转专业护生的择业效能感,探寻和分析转专业护生的真实体验,帮助转专业护生提高专业认同,促进其高质量就业。方法:于2024年4月—6月采用现象学的研究方法对12名转专业护生进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理与分析。结果:共提炼出建构正向职业认知、塑造积极职业态度、谋划未来职业发展3个主题,12个亚主题。结论:转专业护生存在择业效能感升高的现象,对护生的心理健康、职业认同与就业信息的获取开展合理的引导或可提升护生的择业效能感。
Objective:To explore and analyze the real experience of nursing students who have transferred to other majors through in-depth understanding of their career decision making self-efficacy,to help them improve their professional identity and promote their high-quality employment.Methods:From April to June 2024,the phenomenological research method was adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 nursing students who had changed their major,and the interview data were sorted and analyzed with the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:Three themes and twelve subthemes were extracted,including building positive professional cognition,shaping positive professional attitudes,and planning future career development.Conclusions:Nursing students who transfer their major have an increased sense of career decision making self-efficacy,reasonable guidance to their mental health,professional identity and access to employment information may improve their sense of career decision making self-efficacy.
