基于CiteSpace的压力性损伤中医护理技术研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis of nursing technology research of traditional Chinese medicine research of pressure injury based on CiteSpace

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析国内压力性损伤中医护理技术应用的研究概况和动态前沿。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关压力性损伤中医护理技术的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年12月31日。使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件分析该研究领域作者、机构和关键词等文献特征,并结合图谱解读其含义。结果:共纳入418篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势,核心作者以孙忠人、于杰、蒋燕红为代表,核心研究团队以孙忠人、韦素琼等为代表;机构总发文量排名第1位的是黑龙江中医药大学(6篇),其次是江苏省中医院(5篇),研究机构以中医院和中医药院校为主,综合医院为辅;高频关键词中包含的中医护理技术有灸法(艾灸)、中药涂药(湿润烧伤膏)。结论:压力性损伤中医护理技术已取得了阶段性发展,研究热点较为集中,但相关研究深度不足,建议不断丰富压力性损伤病人中医护理研究内容,为中医护理技术提供可靠的循证证据支持,充分发挥中医护理技术在压力性损伤人群健康管理中的独特优势。

Objective:To analyze the research overview and dynamic frontier of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology application for pressure injury in China based on CiteSpace software.Methods:The relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for pressure injury were searched in the CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,and the limited time was from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to analyze the characteristics of literatures in this research field,such as authors,institutions and keywords,and interpret their meaning combined with the atlas.Results:A total of 418 literatures were included,and the number of published papers showed an overall upward trend.The core authors were represented by Sun Zhongren,Yu Jie and Jiang Yanhong,and the core research teams were represented by Sun Zhongren and Wei Suqiong.Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine ranked first with 6 papers,followed by Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with 5 papers.The research institutions were mainly the hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine and colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,supplemented by general hospitals.The traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques included in the high-frequency keywords are moxibustion(moxibustion)and traditional Chinese medicine(MEBO).Conclusions:traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for pressure injury has achieved phased development,and the research hotspots are relatively concentrated,but the relevant research depth is insufficient.It is suggested to continuously enrich the research contents of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with pressure injury,provide reliable evidence-based evidence support for traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,and give full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the health management of people with pressure injury.
