Best evidence summary for the prevention of surgical site infection in patients undergoing lumbar fusion

目的:评价并总结腰椎融合术病人手术部位感染(SSI)预防的最佳证据。方法:系统检索国内外相关数据库、指南网和专业协会官网中腰椎融合术病人SSI预防的相关证据,对证据进行提取及分级。结果:共纳入14篇文献,包括6篇指南、3篇证据总结、3篇专家共识、2篇系统评价,总结出包括人员培训、术前预防管理措施、术中预防管理措施、术后预防管理措施、出院后干预5个方面、32条腰椎融合术病人SSI预防最佳证据。结论:腰椎融合术病人SSI预防最佳证据可为医务人员构建腰椎融合术病人围术期手术部位管理方案提供参考。

Objective:To evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the prevention of surgical site infection(SSI)in patients undergoing lumbar fusion.Methods:Evidence related to the prevention of SSI in patients undergoing lumbar fusion was retrieved in relevant databases,guideline websites,and professional association websites in China and abroad.Two graduate students extracted and summarized the evidence from the literature.Evidence was extracted and graded.Results:A total of 14 literature was included,involving 6 guidelines,3 evidence summaries,3 expert consensuses,and 2 systematic reviews.A total of 32 pieces of best evidence for the prevention of SSI in patients undergoing lumbar fusion were summarized,including 5 aspects with personnel training,preoperative preventive management measures,intraoperative preventive management measures,postoperative preventive management measures,and post discharge intervention.Conclusion:The best evidence for the prevention of SSI in patients undergoing lumbar fusion can provide reference for medical staff to construct perioperative surgical site management plans for patients undergoing lumbar fusion.
