摘要
探究技术发展对美军数字工程战略5大目标的支撑作用。对美军数字工程战略重点支撑技术发展趋势进行调研,阐释2023年以来美军数字工程相关技术创新发展情况,梳理美军推动技术创新的主要做法。采取资料收集和案例研究的方法,分析技术发展特点,挖掘技术发展内在关联,进一步提炼数字工程战略的发展规律,概括为“顶层牵引、协同合作、点面结合、打造生态”。最后,提出“注重顶层设计、借鉴工程方法、评估成本效益”等启示,为数字化转型和需求工程研究提供参考。
A methodology that combines data collection and case studies to explore how technological advancements have supported the five objectives of the U.S.military’s digital engineering strategy are employed in this paper.By investigating the development trends of key technologies that underpin the strategy,the innovations in digital engineering technologies since 2023 are elucidated,and outlines what the U.S.military has done to achieve that.The characteristics of technological development are analyzed,and the connections among different technologies are uncovered to find out the developmental patterns of the digital engineering strategy,which can be generalized as:“top-level guidance,collaborative synergy,integration overall advancement and specific priorities,and ecosystem establishment”.At last,the following philosophy is proposed:“stressing top-level design,drawing on engineering methodologies,and evaluating cost-effectiveness”as a reference for the digital transformation of manufacturing and for the research of requirements engineering.
