维持性血液透析在慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者中的应用效果及对心肾功能的影响

Application Effect of Maintenance Hemodialysis in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Uremia and its Influence on Cardiac and Renal Function

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者应用维持性血液透析的效果及对心肾功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月安福县人民医院收治的慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组行常规血液透析治疗,研究组行维持性血液透析治疗,比较两组临床效果、肾功能(Scr、BUN)、生化指标(Hb、TP、ALB、K^(+)、Na^(+)、CI^(-)、24 h尿量)、心功能(LVEF、LVEDD、LVMI)。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Scr、BUN、Hb、TP、ALB、K^(+)、Na^(+)、CI^(-)、24 h尿量、LVEF、LVEDD、LVMI均较治疗前改善,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭尿毒症患者的效果确切,可改善患者生化指标、肾功能及心功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of maintenance hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure uremia and its effect on cardiac and renal function.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure and uremia admitted to Anfu County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis,and the study group was treated with maintenance hemodialysis.The clinical effect,renal function(Scr,BUN),biochemical indexes(Hb,TP,ALB,K^(+),Na^(+),CI^(-),24 h urine volume),cardiac function(LVEF,LVEDD,LVMI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Scr,BUN,Hb,TP,ALB,K^(+),Na^(+),CI^(-),24 h urine volume,LVEF,LVEDD and LVMI in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of uremic patients with chronic renal failure,which can improve their biochemical indexes,renal function and cardiac function.
