摘要
目的研究股骨颈动力交叉钉系统(FNS)与空心螺钉内固定(CSS)治疗股骨颈骨折(FNF)的早期疗效及术后并发症情况。方法选取2020年3月-2023年3月天津港口医院骨科收治的100例FNF患者,行随机数字表法分为FNS组与CSS组,各50例。FNS组采用股骨颈动力交叉钉系统治疗,CSS组采用空心螺钉内固定治疗,比较两组早期疗效、手术指标(切口长度、术中出血量、术中透视次数、手术时间)、术后恢复情况(复位质量、术后住院时间)、术后并发症。结果FNS组与CSS组优良率、复位质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FNS组术中透视次数少于CSS组,手术时间、术后住院时间短于CSS组(P<0.05);FNS组术后并发症发生率为2.00%,低于CSS组的12.00%(P<0.05)。结论FNS与CSS在FNF患者中具有确切治疗作用,二者早期疗效相当,但FNS具有术中透视次数更少、手术时间及术后住院时间更短,术后并发症发生更低的优势。
Objective To study the early efficacy and postoperative complications of femoral neck system(FNS)and cannulated compression screws(CSS)in the treatment of femoral neck fracture(FNF).Methods A total of 100 patients with FNF admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Tianjin Port Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into FNS group and CSS group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The FNS group was treated with femoral neck system,and the CSS group was treated with cannulated compression screws.The early efficacy,surgical indicators(incision length,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluoroscopy times,operation time),postoperative recovery(reduction quality,postoperative hospital stay),postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate and reduction quality between FNS group and CSS group(P>0.05).The number of intraoperative fluoroscopy in the FNS group was less than that in the CSS group,and the operation time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those in the CSS group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the FNS group was 2.00%,which was lower than 12.00%in the CSS group(P<0.05).Conclusion FNS and CSS have a definite therapeutic effect in patients with FNF,and the early efficacy of the two is equivalent.However,FNS has the advantages of fewer intraoperative fluoroscopy times,shorter operation time and postoperative hospital stay,and lower postoperative complications.
