摘要
目的研究标本溶血对生化检验中心肌酶、血脂、电解质、肝功能指标的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月在我院行生化检验的64例患者为研究对象,均采集血液样本,将血液标本根据是否溶血分为观察组(溶血)和对照组(无溶血),比较两组心肌酶指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]、血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、电解质指标(钠、钾、钙离子)、肝功能指标[总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]及血糖水平。结果观察组患者CK、CK-MB均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TG、TC高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C、LDL-C与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组钠离子水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),钾、钙离子水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TBIL、AST均高于对照组,DBIL低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标本溶血对生化检验中心肌酶、血脂、电解质、肝功能指标均会造成一定程度影响,增加误诊、漏诊风险。基于此,临床应规范血液生化检验,防止溶血的发生,从而避免溶血对血液生化检验结果的不良影响。
Objective To study the effect of hemolysis on myocardial enzymes,blood lipids,electrolytes and liver function indexes in biochemical tests.Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.Blood samples were collected.The blood samples were divided into observation group(hemolysis)and control group(no hemolysis)according to whether they were hemolysis.The myocardial enzyme indexes[creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)],blood lipid indexes[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],electrolyte indexes(sodium,potassium,calcium),liver function indexes[total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CK and CK-MB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).TG and TC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in HDL-C and LDL-C between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sodium ion level between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),and the potassium and calcium ion levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).TBIL and AST in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and DBIL was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specimen hemolysis has a certain degree of influence on myocardial enzymes,blood lipids,electrolytes,and liver function indicators in biochemical tests,increasing the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Based on this,clinical blood biochemical tests should be standardized to prevent the occurrence of hemolysis,so as to avoid the adverse effects of hemolysis on blood biochemical test results.
