摘要
目的比较尿常规和生化检查在糖尿病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2020年9月-2023年9月九江市柴桑区人民医院接收的62例疑似糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组接受常规尿液检验,观察组接受生化检验,将临床综合诊断结果作为金标准,比较两组诊断阳性率、诊断价值(诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度、误诊率、漏诊率)。结果以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,其阳性率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05),但与观察组的93.55%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组诊断准确性及特异度高于对照组,且观察组诊断误诊率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组诊断敏感度、漏诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于常规尿液检验,生化检验在糖尿病诊断中具有较高的诊断准确率、特异度,且误诊率较低,值得临床加以应用。
Objective To compare the clinical value of urine routine and biochemical examination in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods From September 2020 to September 2023,62 patients with suspected diabetes received by Jiujiang Chaisang District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received routine urine test,and the observation group received biochemical test.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard,The positive rate and diagnostic value(diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate)were compared between the two groups.Results Taking the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard,the positive rate was 93.55%,which was higher than 70.97% of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the positive rate between the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results and the observation group(93.55%)(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy and specificity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine urine test,biochemical test has higher diagnostic accuracy,specificity and lower misdiagnosis rate in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of clinical application.
