共情理念指导的照护策略对剖宫产初产妇心理状态及自我管理的影响

Effect of Nursing Strategy Guided by Empathy Concept on Psychological State and Self-management of Primiparas Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的研究共情理念指导的照护策略对剖宫产初产妇心理状态及自我管理的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2023年1月我院行剖宫产术的64例初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)和试验组(n=32)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展以共情理念指导的照护策略,比较两组产妇心理状态(SCL-90)、自我管理水平、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果试验组干预后躯体化、抑郁、恐怖、人际关系敏感、焦虑各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组强迫症、敌对、偏执、精神病性、其他各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组干预后内心活动、母乳喂养、健康教育掌握、技能掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为96.88%,高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05)。结论共情理念指导的照护策略可改善剖宫产初产妇心理状态,提升自我管理水平,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床加以应用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing strategy guided by empathy concept on psychological state and self-management of primiparas undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 64 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given nursing strategy guided by empathy concept on the basis of the control group.The psychological state(SCL-90),self-management level,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of somatization,depression,terror,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder,hostility,paranoia,psychosis and other dimensions between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of inner activity,breastfeeding,health education mastery and skill mastery in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than 78.13% of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.25%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing strategy guided by empathy concept can improve the psychological state of primiparas undergoing cesarean section,improve self-management level,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
