缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平与氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Valsartan Combined with Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:分析缬沙坦分别联合氢氯噻嗪、氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取邹平市好生街道社区卫生服务中心2022年1月—2024年1月接诊的高血压患者200例作为观察对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(n=100,采取缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗)和观察组(n=100,采取缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗)。比较两组患者临床效果、血压水平、治疗安全性及血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.029)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.026)。治疗后,两组NO、ET水平优于治疗前,观察组NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组ET水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果优于缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪,可有效控制血压水平,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:A total of two hundred hypertensive patients admitted to Zouping Haosheng Street Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the observation objects.According to random drawing method,they were divided into control group(n=100,valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide)and observation group(n=100,valsartan combined with amlodipine).The clinical effect,blood pressure,treatment safety and plasma levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.029).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.026).After treatment,the levels of NO and ET in the two groups were better than before treatment,and the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ET levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension is better than that of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide,which can effectively control blood pressure and has high safety.
