司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗超重/肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床效果评价

Clinical Efficacy of Semaglutide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Overweight/obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗超重/肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年6月重庆市巫山县中医院收治的240例超重/肥胖T2DM患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各120例。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组使用司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血糖及胰岛功能指标、血脂指标及体质量指数。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数及总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体质量指数均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胰岛β细胞功能指数均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗超重/肥胖T2DM的临床效果显著,能有效控制血糖,保护胰岛功能,降低血脂,减轻体质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of two hundred and forty overweight/obese T2DM patients admitted to Chongqing Wushan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with one hundred and twenty cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with semaglutide combined with metformin.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose and islet function indexes,blood lipid indexes and body mass index were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001);after treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h post-meal blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and body mass index were decreased in both groups,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and isletβcell function index were increased,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of overweight/obese T2DM is significant,which can effectively control blood glucose,protect islet function,reduce blood lipids and reduce body mass.
